TERMS AND CONDITIONS


ORDERING

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day. A service representative is available from
8:00 am to 5:30 pm (EST), Monday through Friday.


SHIPPING

Most orders placed before 12 pm (EST) will ship same day if in stock.  While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, sometimes they do happen.  We will ship all backordered items as soon as they are in stock.  Shipments will be sent UPS ground unless another carrier is specified or the order qualifies for UPS truck freight  (over 75lbs) or common carrier (truck).  Expedited shipping service is available upon request at the expense to the customer. Orders that are specified overnight will need to be received by 11am EST. Drop shipments will need to be received by 11am EST. Equipment orders will be shipped LTL if over 150lbs. 

Free shipping on qualifying product orders over $350 applies to the continuous 48 United States.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Please call a Customer Service Representative to obtain a return authorization.  Returns are not valid after 30 days. Equipment purchases are final sale. Special orders are non-refundable. For instructions, please call our office.  All items returned for restocking will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Freight on returning items are paid by customer.


DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT

All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier:  UPS driver, truck driver, etc.  Please keep the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims. When possible, please take pictures of damaged shipment. Then contact customer service regarding what the damage is at 631-580-1816 and email the damage pictures along with your invoice number to info@alanjanitorial.com
