Shipping Policy

ORDERING

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day. A service representative is available from 8am to 5:30 pm (EST) Monday through Friday.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship via UPS 
  • No minimum order required
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Orders placed will be shipped within one business day if not the same day
  • Any returns must be authorized and will be shipped back via UPS.
  • There are times when we are temporarily out of stock and will ship items as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please notify us at the time you’ve received order confirmation

No minimum order required. Most orders placed by 12pm (EST) will ship same day if in stock. While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, sometimes they do happen. We will ship all backordered items as soon as they are in stock. Shipments will be sent via UPS ground or if the order qualifies for truck freight (over 75lbs) or common carrier. Expedited shipping service is available upon request. Orders that are specified overnight will need to be received by 11am (EST). Drop shipments will need to be received by 12pm. Equipment orders will be shipped LTL if over 150lbs.

Free shipping on qualifying product orders over $350 applies to the continuous 48 United States and will be shipped UPS.

WARRANTIES AND RETURNS:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Special orders are non-refundable. Please call a customer service representative to obtain a return authorization and will be returned via UPS. Returns are not valid after 30 days. All items returned for restocking will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping on returning items are paid by customer.

DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT

All claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier - UPS. Please call and send photographed damage to Alan Janitorial Distributors Inc. to alanjanitorial@optonline.net.
