No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  Please call a Customer Service Representative to obtain a return authorization.  Returns are not valid after 30 days. Equipment purchases are final sale. Special orders are non-refundable. For instructions, please call our office.  All approved items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Freight on returning items are paid by customer.
